There is nothing wrong with spreading your birthday out over an entire month...in fact I think I will start doing that in the future (I'll let you know what Neil thinks about that one, lol). I'm so excited about that link to "A Year of Slow Cooking", not that we are out most nights around the time I would be making dinner, I've dusted off my crock pot and have been looking for some ideas with that.
