Just came by to see if you are "still breathing" and I see you are. :) Come over and hook up for my giveaway...you might like it. :) xo bj And, I have to be truthful and say I don't care for Oprah...but don't kick me out of Blogland, pleazzzzze. :))
Tucker likes to be outside with his dad all weekend too but this weekend we were at the ultimate frisbee tournament. Poor Tuck had to stay home. He was sad. I'll have to check out that slow cooker site! I LOVE using my crock pot this time of year!
I think it is good to spread out birthday celebrations like you are doing, Debby! Always good to continue with fun things like this! Yum on the Red Robin burgers; they have some mighty fine ones!!
Happy your having a great time! I hope the weeks before Thanksgiving slows down too,I am not ready for the race of Christmas, I'm still unpacking from our move!
Happy Birthday! There is nothing wrong with spreading your birthday out over an entire month...in fact I think I will start doing that in the future (I'll let you know what Neil thinks about that one, lol). I'm so excited about that link to "A Year of Slow Cooking", not that we are out most nights around the time I would be making dinner, I've dusted off my crock pot and have been looking for some ideas with that. It was perfect timing that you happened to put that in your blog...thanks! :) I hope you enjoyed your birthday burger, I've never eaten at a Red Robin before.
I like the OWN thing too, however, I thought we who signed up early were getting some sort of workbook or something? I remember entering my address and all, but nothing has come. Hmmm??
Yeppers, I too am spreading my birthDAY into my birthMONTH! Yay us!
Glad you're celebrating your birthday all month. I know you weren't looking forward to being 60but all of this celebrating surely makes it a little better! I've been thinking the same thing - I want things to slow down a little, but I'm afraid it's going to be crazy hectic until after Christmas. Have fun bowling and celebrating. laurie
Way to go on the milking of the 60th birthday for all it's worth! ha!
I'm with you on things slowing down until Thanksgiving ... not sure if it'll happen, but at least I should be done with this temporary job by the 1st of December, so the weeks leading into Christmas won't be too crazy. Or so I'm hoping! ha!
