Oh, I love this! We went to the Sistine Chapel when we lived in Italy and it was really crowded, but utterly fantastic!
Wow, how wonderful. Italy is the next trip on our list. I long to go.
Thank you for the wonderful post, yes I have been to the Sistine Chapel, and I also particularly remember the awesome tapestries in the halls leading to the Sistine Chapel.
Blessings, Jan
I studied all about this in school but I have never been there:0(
Thank you so much for this!
Blessings, Joanne
Very cool Debby.
I loved that. Made me remember many years ago when I was in the Vatican and able to see it. The history is so amazing - and how he pained it while on his back - whew.

Oh, how beautiful! I just love the music and am still listening. :) Someday I hope to go there, but it won't be for while.
Just beautiful. I hope to go somewhere someday! :) I did just apply to renew my passport! Just in case!
I love the Sistine Chapel, Debby. I have visited it twice but I doubt if I have seen everything in it. It is huge! The art work dislayed there is truly amazing...Christine

That's probably as close to Italy as I'll ever be.
Thanks for sharing.

Seeing things like this reminds me how much I appreciate having computers in our lives. It just is not the same seeing photos in a book as much as I love books.
That is so neat!! Made me want to go see it in person! :-)
