1. Have you ever played golf? Any interest in playing? Do you have a significant other who loves to play? Did you watch The Masters this past weekend?
Yes I took lessons and played a few times. I may still want to play someday. My husband plays golf but not as often as he would like. Yes we watched the Masters. Golf is the one sport I enjoy watching.
2. Hats are back in fashion this spring...how do you feel about wearing a hat? (fyi-I'm not talking baseball caps) When was the last time you wore one?
I'm not crazy about hats on me but I love them. Nothing nicer than watching the Royal Wedding and seeing all the hats! I haven't worn one in a long time.
3. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 meaning proficient and 1 meaning "I'd starve", how adept are you at using chopsticks?
1 - I'd starve!
4. Has technology taken over?
Not for the Amish! I would love to live on a farm and get away from all the technology, except of course for Blogging, Facebook and Pinterest! I still want those around me on the farm.
5. In the course of a day how often do you look in a mirror?
I would say a few times but only because I wash my hands often. As far as taking care of my face it would be twice a day!
6. Tulip or Daffodil?
I really like both of them a lot but I will choose Tulip.
7. I am proud of myself for ______________.
I am proud of my For Your Tears blog where I send out handkerchiefs to woman who have lost a child. I am also very proud of my children. I don't think I give myself enough credit for the fine adults they have become.
8. Insert your own random thought here.
I was just watching Ferris Bueller's Day Off on cable and I have a questions for you or maybe just an observation. After all the credits are over Ferris comes out at the end of the movie saying "Your still here? It's over, go home....go!" Did that change the way you left a movie theatre? Instead of rushing out did you wait to see if there was more just in case? I know I waited!

I so aggree you should be proud of yourself for "For Your Tears" It is a blessing to many, and me :)
Yes, I agree too! You should be proud of that site and what you do, it means a lot for someone to recognize the pain of the loss of a child!
I'd starve too, and I love hats but don't look good in them! :(
"For Your Tears" is a ture blessing to those who have lost a child. I can not image what it is like and I pray that I never have to find out.
I'd starve as well but now, thinking about it, I would eat with my fingers so I wouldn't starve after all, just eat like a slob!
Love the fact that I would not be the only one who would starve with chopsticks.
We usually stay through the credits of a movie just in case there is something else out there at the end; been pleasantly surprised at the end of some movies :)
I'm with you about the chopsticks; glad when we eat at restaurants with them, there is the option of forks :)
You came up with a great ministry with the For Your Tears; I know you have touched many lives with it :)
betty
It seems like most movies now run stuff after the credits. We often stay-might as well get my money's worth : )
Enjoy your day!
I don't golf or wear hats can't use chopsticks. Yes technology has taken over. The mirror is not my friend anymore don't look in it but when I have too. Tulip.Yes I am proud of my self.I don't know when I have been to a movie theatre.
Maybe I should diet with chopsticks. LOL sandie
I got the whole group I went to the last Harry Potter movie with to stay until the very last credit. Having friends that work on movies, I stay and read the credits anyway, but after the last Harry Potter I fully expected to hear Harry's voice say "Mischief managed." I was kinda disappointed that it wasn't there. My brother was too because he was ready to go have dinner and I "made" him stay! lol
I usually wait for the credits to finish. There have been some great jokes at the end of the credits that I would have otherwise missed. Like the Muppet bloopers!
Your blog "For Your Tears" has been a blessing to me and so many other's.
Thank you for all you do <3hugs<3
You should be proud of your ministry For Your Tears. What a blessing you are to parents who've lost a child.
Seems like most of us need forks ... otherwise we'd starve. ;-)
such darling answers to fun questions!
i'd starve, too!
You are so awesome! My sweetie loves that movie too.
Sandy
I loved Ferris Bueller!
I don't wear hats unless I'm running in the rain - then it keeps the rain out of my eyes.
So nice of you to maintain "for your tears". I use chopsticks when eating sushi...Christine
I walk and get frustrated with a small white ball..........
Interesting hodgepodge. :) Ferris Bueller is the best! I love your idea of living on a farm as well; that's one of my dreams too.
Great answers & you are so awesome at your website helping out so many that have lost. You are a true blessing & I love you friend.
What a fun post!!! I totally don't do hats or golf. I'd totally starve with chopsticks too. Technology has taken over my week -- I try to keep upon it but this week it won. NOt sure about the mirror - probably toooo many times! I love Tulips - especially in Holland.
I"m proud I released my new free eBook this week. And I love your ministry and how you love those moms.
Thankful I stopped by today! I needed some randomness.
I love that part of Ferris Bueller and I often stay to see if there is anything after the credits.
My husband keeps bugging me to get a few hats, but I'm not fond of how I look with them. You should be proud of your other blog, it is amazing waht you do!
I actually think I look pretty good in hats, but no one I know wears them (I'm not talking about winter hats, because obviously we were those for warmth during the winter), and in the end I'm too self-conscious to stand out. There is ONE lady in my church who wears beautiful hats each Sunday, and I really admire her style. She always looks so charming.
ohhh How I love that movie! I love to wait and see if they have any outtakes or funnies at the end of the movie.
Your other blog is amazing and helps so many!
I am reasonably proficient with chopsticks and prefer using them when I eat Chinese food. For me, though, no golf and no hats (unless I'm trying not to sunburn).
