I will most likely be buying some pork chops at Costco.
Tuesday (tomorrow) I am heading back to Southern California. It has been a wonderful trip visiting my Dad and my family here in Palm Harbor, Florida. We were busy doing something almost everyday besides staying up past midnight watching the Olympics every night. Truthfully I am exhausted! Going home will be a vacation. I stuck to my low carb eating and I was able to exercise in the pool which was really awesome. (first time in years) I will share more about my trip when I get home.
I plan on meeting with my great nieces and nephew today to bowl a few games and then we are all getting together this evening to eat an amazing pizza that I LOVE!

As you know, I LOVE traveling to the beach ... but I'm always glad to return back home.

I am so proud of you for stayin with your low carb lifestyle! That is hard to do on vacation. You will have to tell us all how you did that! Travel safe, get home home and rest. Welcome back.
Good for you being able to maintain your diet on vacation! That is always so hard for me. I know you've had a wonderful time visiting but something about home is just sweet!
