There is no Wednesday Hodgepodge today. Our host Joyce was in the path of Sandy. Thankfully she had minor damage but was without power until Saturday evening. She is working on getting her life back in order and you can read her story here. Joyce...you are in my thoughts and prayers.
Praying for everyone in the path of Sandy and praying for that sad state of our country.

There are days when I have the very same feeling about housework.
I feel so badly for the people affected by Sandy.
Now they have a Nor'easter coming in and may lose power again! They need lots of prayers.

It is definitely a time to pray for our country
We have so much to pray about. I should be cleaning house right now because I'm going out of town, but can't get motivated. Sigh
That is a huge reason why I hate doing housework ... although when I'm done, I do feel good about having a really clean house. ;-)
My heart breaks for all of those who've been affected by Sandy ... and are now facing a nor-easter. :-(
House-what? LOL I remember hurricane Hugo's devastation here in '89 like it was yesterday. I can certainly empathize with the victims of Sandy- and they have all that cold weather to contend with as well. I just hate that anyone ever has to go through these things. Hope all is well with you!
I miss the hodge podge and heard from Hilary at feeling Beachie about her problems in the wake of Hurricane Sandy as well as the new storm going through. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone.
