I tried a new recipe last Saturday for Oven Baked Fajitas. I found the recipe at Quick and Easy Healthy Eating on Facebook. If your interested in the recipe I can email it to you. It was amazing, I loved it and will definitely be making it again.

I had lunch a week ago Tuesday with my friend in real life Kendra from The Headless Family. She is my bowling buddy from September through May each year. It was nice meeting with her before our league meets up next Tuesday on the 3rd. She is in the midst of working on her daughter's wedding so we had a lot to talk about!

On the next night which was Wednesday I had an opportunity to join Mark at one of my favorite restaurants called Mario's Place. I started with a Heirloom tomato salad with fresh homemade mozzarella. I had their delicious steak, sauteed spinach and we shared some mushroom risotto which is always a special treat. Of course we had some wine and finished our meal with cappuccinos and cheesecake!

We have had some lovely clouds around the mountains. A lot of flood warning too but the storms often have trouble getting over to this side.

I've been enjoying our local Farm's Market on Sunday mornings. Also we have had a lot of tomatoes this summer only they have been small in size even though they are not cherry tomatoes.

My new memory box. I love taking the 40% off coupon each week from Michael's and getting something that I've been wanting. Having Just Breathe on it is always a reason to buy something right? Sometimes I just go and get some baking supply like gift bags or muffin liners. I hate paying full price!

Well I was pleasantly surprised by this movie. I laughed and I ended up being emotionally attached to the Miller's. Now this is not a clean movie, there are sexual innuendos throughout the entire movie. Not necessarily what I am into but these are well written and pretty funny. So if you see this movie go with this in mind and don't hold it against me if the movie offends you. And since I was starting the new diet on Monday where there is absolutely no corn whatsoever.....I ate some popcorn! It was my lunch......

That film sounds great! When it comes to Norway, I will make sure to go and see it. Although the best film to wait for right now is of course the new Muppet film!! Can't wait for that one to come to Norway!!!
Our tomatoes are pretty small, too ... but they taste good, so I'm not complaining. ;-)
Wonderful fragments! I love our local farmer's market... there's really no substitute for farm fresh fruit and veggies.
I love my Michael's coupons! I go almost every week!
Wishing you a lovely weekend.

It must be a small tomato year but ours are very tasty!
I must make a note to have a snack before I visit your blog. Yikes I'm starving:)
My daughter sent me that recipe from facebook she thought my husband and I would enjoy it. I'm going to try it this weekend.
My friend that is very sick with cancer was just given a puppy named Skye. We were quite upset with the woman for giving the dog but now we just want to hug her. The puppy sleeps with Joelle and they seem to comfort one another and the children are full of smiles. Its a good name!
Have a happy safe weekend!
we didn't have good luck with our tomatoes this year...heard the same thing from other folks...the movie does look funny...sometimes they could leave a lot out of movies and they would be better...Hope you have a great weekend...
Wow! What an amazing view and those peppers look amazing.
Have a great weekend!
