On Sunday we went to The Mission Inn for brunch to celebrate my birthday. We had a very nice time and then we went and walked around town a little bit when Tristen asked us to turn around so she could take a picture. It would have been nice to have her in the photo too but we think it came out really cute!
Adam and Tristen brought me flowers.......

Amber bought me this Wizard of Oz tote.....
She also got me this really cute picture and the pillow
which are available at Hallmark!
Skye had a haircut appointment yesterday so while she was there I went and did something I seldom do....I walked around our mall.
Anyway after I dropped her off I went and had my free 3oz Baskin Robbins soft serve and then for lunch I had Pumpkin Cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory because you know that birthday calories don't count...right?
Actually I've been on my new diet for five weeks now and have lost 8 pounds so I decided to celebrate my 62nd birthday in style..... It's a secret so don't tell anyone :)
The other gift I received from Adam and Tristen are two tickets to the THE WIZARD OF OZ at the Pantages Theater this Sunday so I have a date with Adam for dinner and the play!
So I am off to see the wizard.....

sounds like a perfectly wonderful birthday... my present to myself on my turning 62 was retiring from the work force. i don't have to say happy birthday because i know you did have a happy one and the family photo is great. I love that first shot of the Inn, a place i would love to see.
