1. April 22nd is Earth Day. Are you inspired by nature? In what way?
Yes nature does inspire me with all its beauty. The mountains, the trees, the sky, the flowers are all awe inspiring.
2. Down to earth, four corners of the earth, move heaven and earth, not have an earthly chance, or salt of the earth...which earthly idiom have you most recently encountered?
I haven't got a clue.......
3. Share one piece of advice you might give a newly engaged couple.
Enjoy your wedding day and don't stress about it. It is one day that is over quickly so focus on the fun and enjoy yourselves. Nothing else really matters.
4. When did you last engage someone to perform a job, task, service, home repair, or improvement? On a scale of 1-10 (ten being the best) how would you rate their work and/or your satisfaction with the job or service provided?
We haven't had any one out to perform any of those services in many years.
5. When did you last find yourself engaged in small talk? Are you awkward or an expert or somewhere in between?
I haven't talked to anyone lately who wasn't family or friends but I think I am very good at small talk. I like the challenge of talking to new people.
6. What was the last historic place you visited?
I haven't visited a historic place in a long time.
7. The world would be a better place if we just_____.

I feel like every day I am engaged in small talk….
There's so much beauty in the natural world, it would be hard NOT to be inspired by it.
This obviously wasn't a good week for hodepodge for you. (not many answers) LOL I'm with you on the pinterest. I deactivated my facebook again last night, so I can concentrate on 'doing' some pinterest projects.

Loved the cartoon at the end, Debby. I struggle with small talk, I often think maybe my small talk ends up like an inquisition since I seem to ask lots of the questions like "do you work?" "where" then on to "do you have children?" "how many". Maybe I need to develop this a bit more.
So true about the advice to give to newly engaged people, and also to concentrate on the marriage a bit, not just the wedding preparations.

Fun post! I put stuff in my cart all the time, and then change my mind....good thing I'm not in a real store; doubt they'd be real happy with me if I loaded it up, then walked out. LOL
Everything about nature inspires me, because God created it all to bring us joy!
Last summer I visited historic Cannery Row in Monterey. It was AWESOME!

Wow I had the exact same answer to #7 ! :) I hope you had a great Easter and i bet the weather is gorgeous down south as it is up here. We had a beautiful day Sunday, we had brunch at my house then played softball at the park to sharpen my sisters skills. She'd just joined a league.
Course computers are 'smart' now : ) When you abandon a shopping cart they send you a message reminding you that you were shopping. Hope you have a good day today Debby!
I will spend HOURS putting things in a cart online shopping & then thinking, "I have no money" & click off :) Fun while it lasted :)
