AT THE MOVIES

I actually haven't been to see a lot of movies lately, especially after being in Florida for 17 days. There just wasn't anything playing that I thought my dad would enjoy, besides I brought about 15 DVD's with me and we enjoyed a movie almost every night after our company left.

Before I left for Florida Mark and I went to see Jurassic World. We ended up seeing it in 3D but we didn't feel the movie needed to be in 3D. Not worth the extra money. (Gravity was great in 3D)

We enjoyed this movie and we are glad we saw it. I don't think it was any better than the other Jurassic Park movies which were also enjoyable.
"A new theme park is built on the original site of Jurassic Park. Everything is going well until the park's newest attraction--a genetically modified giant stealth killing machine--escapes containment and goes on a killing spree."

As soon as I did get home I went to see Me and Earl and the Dying Girl. This movie was great. I'm not sure everyone would agree with me but these kind of movies are my favorite. I do enjoy the teen movies like The Fault in Our Stars and If I Stay. This story was very sweet and I will buy it on DVD.
"High schooler Greg, who spends most of his time making parodies of classic movies with his co-worker Earl, finds his outlook forever altered after befriending a classmate who has just been diagnosed with cancer."

Amber and I went to see Magic Mike XXL. We had seen the first one together so it was only right to see this one together too. I enjoyed the movie, it had a nice story line to it but it was a bit slow in parts.  I just love watching Channing Tatum dance, he is so darn cute!
"Three years after Mike bowed out of the stripper life at the top of his game, he and the remaining Kings of Tampa hit the road to Myrtle Beach to put on one last blow-out performance."

Hope everyone has a great weekend. I believe Mark and I will be seeing a movie this weekend.

I like reading about the movies, I have not seen any new movies. Last week I got two from Walmart to watch, They were pretty old ones I hadn't seen. So maybe I'll see these some day.

I saw the new Jurassic Park and I thought it was great!

I aim to see the movies you mention. We saw Imitation Game and think it is Oscar worthy, both the movie and Benedict Cumberbach's acting.

We saw the new Terminator movie last weekend; I was kind of pleasantly surprised it was as good as it was.

We don't go to the movies often, but we went to see the movie called Max about the service dog for the Marine who was killed in Afghanistan. We also saw Far From the Maddening Crowd, which was very good. Plan to see Mr. Holmes next week.

I cant wait to see Magic Mike part 2! Channing is very cute but I think Joe Manganello(?) is so dang hot!!!
We saw Trainwreck this weekend and we loved it. My husband is a huge fan of Amy Shumer. It was pretty funny ( there are some crude moments but I can deal).

I saw Jurassic World with my youngest son. I really liked the movie, but the best thing of all was being invited to go see it with my *boy*!!

GOD BLESS!

Hi Debby, Other than Jurassic Park, I haven't heard of the other movies. It's always fun to go when there is nothing else to do. Hope you have a fantastic evening and Tuesday.
Hugs, Noreen
