I love doing Wednesday Hodgepodge, I love answering the questions but I'm okay with not having it today. Wednesday is the day I spend most of my time on the computer reading all my friend's answers on their posts.
I will be busy baking a Bohemian Hoska sweet bread and hopefully a pound cake too! I will also be finishing up the last minute dusting and vacuuming before our company comes tomorrow. The house is ready and the menu's are planned.
We have one quick trip to Costco tonight and to Von's grocery store. On Thursday morning I am off to physical therapy while Mark picks up his mom at the airport. Michele and Pam are driving in from Arizona. The bedrooms are done and I can't wait to show you pictures.
I saw the new pulmonary doctor yesterday and she is most likely going to okay my knee surgery. She was awesome, I really liked her and she knows the orthopedic surgeon.
Cardiologist should okay it next week and my primary doctor must okay it too. Then I will need an MRI for them to build whatever it is that they build. So as much as I would like to have it done in July it might not be until August. (sigh)
Hope everyone enjoys the rest of their week!

I hope you can get it done and recover before wedding bells chime! :)
I like the optimism in your voice, Debby!
When Tom was scheduled for his hip replacement a few years ago they had to get green lights from his cardiologist, the pulmonologist -- even his oncologist had to give the green light before they'd proceed. I appreciate their due diligence sure, but it was really frustrating.
Just stay strong and imagine your life this time next year!
Well, that's a relief (about the doctor).
Have a great time with family and friends. Hope the bedrooms work out the way they should.
Sounds as if you are heading into a busy, exciting time with guests in the house. So glad that things are moving forward for you to have the surgery you need. That bread looks awesome!
