Right here in our house, we moved in almost 12 years ago. I was still working at Hallmark.

Which one's your favorite? I can't say I have a favorite.
Your most used? I would say it is pretty equal between a red heart, a smile face, birthday cake, glass of wine, owl and thumbs up.

I don't have an answer although a dirty song came to mind but I didn't want to put it here.

Worrying deserves less of my attention. My health and house need more of my attention.

LOL, I wonder who Pete is too.
Number 4 reminded me of when Wade and I were getting married. There was a song that he said he wanted played. He found it very funny, I said I don't think so. I won't say the title of the song but it was by the cars.
Well, you got me wondering, so I looked it up: Pete is a substitute for Christ as in 'For Christ's sake'. Some people found the latter offensive and it was changed in the late 1800's/early 1900's. Of course both are still in use.
Just so you know...
I am so with you on getting up and ready for the day. I have an appointment this morning so was up, showered, dressed, etc and thought wow, I need to be doing this every day instead of lingering in my pjs. Hope you have a great day Debby!
I think Pete is a replacement word for God, because we were not to use his name in vane... I feel energized when I get out of the pool after doing my set of excercises..

I use a lot of glass of wine emojis on Fridays since its the only day of the week we now drink. There are so many cute ones out there. I need to worry less myself and not have so much attention drawn on it. I get energized in a quiet house :)

How funny that we all fixate on the Pete's sake question. LOL And I had no idea of the origin. I always thought it was the guy who owned the bar in the local village. ;-)
I had missed your post of the trip so thanks for putting the link here. It must have been a great visit with your dad who appears to be doing so much better. And the rainbow from his Dorothy touched my heart. I'm going to miss meeting up with you here on the Hodgepodge each week, but will come to check on posts on other days.
