This is the SpaceX launch from last Sunday night. Mark had read about it but didn't give it much thought. If it weren't for Skye wanting to go outside we would have missed this moment in time.
I love clouds. These had some color from the sunset.
I just love this one with the clouds above the sunset.

How cool to be outside just at the right time to get the pictures of the space launch! I too like clouds, fun to look at them and sometimes seem what resembles something in them. That is a great shot with the clouds over the sunset! Enjoy the weekend!

Wow, Debby! I was blissfully ignorant of the launch until I saw your pix on FB. When I lived in Florida it was always a thrill to see the shuttles ascend from the Cape. One early morning I nearly rear-ended someone on U.S. 19 because I was looking east at the space shuttle. Oops!
beautiful photos, I rarely go out in the dark so don't see these things except in photos..
