We had a nice visit with Adam, Gabby and James on Saturday evening. He's laughing because something funny was happening.
For some reason the garage lights, which go on at dusk, kept turning off then turning back on. We are thinking that maybe the sensor had ash on it.
Anyway James had gone over and rang their Ring Doorbell, then he noticed the lights went out. So then he went over and pressed it again. Eventually the lights came back on and he was having so much fun thinking that he was controlling the lights.

After James went to bed we had a delicious meal delivered from Chili's. We were not sure about sitting outside because of the air quality but it turned out okay. It was a nice evening.
I know we will be going over this weekend because I invited ourselves. We are heading to Montana on Tuesday so we won't be seeing them the following weekend. So if I'm not around reading posts you'll know why.
I am going to put on my mask and give James a big hug. I've waited too long. It will be short and sweet.

Glad you are going to hug him!! Have someone take a picture of you hugging him so you can preserve that memory not only in your heart but a visual proof of it!! He's so cute!! I don't know if I can share it with you based on DIL's privacy settings on Facebook, but I have an adorable video of grandson doing his homework from preschool. I'll see if I can share it. They grow so quickly!
