MARRIAGE
1. How did you meet your husband/wife?
We met in high school.
I don't know how I knew but I know he made me laugh which was awesome.
At a fine dining restaurant in Illinois. It was not a surprise. I picked out my ring.
I'm not coming up with much at this time but I'm sure there has to be a few. I'm thinking the best is now with our grandson James.
Mark has never been very emotional but that boy brings joyful tears to his eyes all the time. It's really sweet for a man who basically doesn't have many emotions.
Wait I have something......
Were divorced after 11 years of marriage. Six years later we got back together and he said the sweetest thing. "Every time I think about the future, you are the person I see at my side."

I met my first husband in high school and Wade I met online. I don't think there really was any kind of proposal from my first husband, we had been talking about getting married and then he gave me the ring after we had an argument...lol
Wade did the down on one knee thing out on my deck. I knew it was coming but it was still nice.

So sweet what Mark said but I know you had rough years in between your marriages, etc. Glad you guys are back together again and have been for a long while! Isn't it something how the "toughest" of men soften around grandchildren? Sending you a hug today.

I remember this story, we have shared about it a few times in the past. I still like hearing it and you also have a happy ending, especailly with the new grandson, the cutest baby I know
