Lets talk about Travel...
1. How far have you gone from home and where did you go?
We went to Europe in 2011. Mark had a business trip and I went with. We were gone for 3 weeks. You can read about it HERE. We were in the UK, France and Italy.
2. Do you think the hassle of travel is worth the trouble?
Yes I think it is worth the trouble depending on where you are going.
3. Are there places you would like to visit or have plans for visiting?
I would love to go back to the UK. I think about it all the time. I've wanted to go to Washington, DC to see things like the Lincoln Memorial, the Washington Monument and the Smithsonian to name a few. Right now the desire has left me.
4. What trip was the best you've ever had?
I can't pick just one. I've had many wonderful trips.

Mexico was the furthest I've ever gone and that was when I was in second grade. I'm not much of a traveler. I pretty much stay close to home
We don't travel anymore especially with the Covid-19
still out there.
Have a nice day.

Italy is the one I'd like to visit again and maybe Israel too. :)
The farthest I've been away is California from Florida how them far that is. I drove truck with my husband and we went from Florida to California from California to Maine and from Maine across through all the top states and back to California and from California through the middle of the country through Nashville and all the way to North Carolina in other words we put 80,000 miles on the truck in 3 months. That was the last time I traveled except for the 400 miles from here to Savannah and the last time I went there with 2008
It's great that you've enjoyed your travels. I would love to travel more if conditions and health permit me to do it safely.
I feel so fortunate to have travelled extensively in the past. Nowadays, I've little desire: Security concerns (both terrorism + COVID), plus I don't want to leave my fur-babies, even for a few days.
Washington DC is on my bucket list to see the same that you mentioned. SO many things to see all over the US enjoyed your answers hope you have a blessed week
Ever see the movie Under The Tuscan Sun? I would love to do something like that. You have traveled a lot!
This post was a fun one, to think back over places we have been and seen.
I traveled a lot when I was younger, and I’m happy I had the chance and that I have no urge to do it now. 🙂
I remember reading about your England trip and it was awesome!! I like to go and see things but I'm not a flyer so it limits where we go LOL but I would like to see Israel some day.
