I like having leftovers. We always use them up. I have to say that stuffing and gravy is my favorite Thanksgiving leftover.
3. Sherwin Williams unveiled it's 2022 Color of the Year-Evergreen Fog. Are you a fan? Would I find this mid-tone gray green shade anywhere in your house? Does your house need painting? Inside or out? What one space is most in need of a paint job? Are you a do-it-yourselfer or do you hire a professional?
I would love to see it in person. It definitely looks gray green to me. I think I could be a fan. There are just a few rooms that need painting inside and I'm not sure this color would work in those areas.
It would be our bathroom area, closet and my office which is off those rooms which are also connected to our bedroom. The bedroom part was recently painted.
Here are the issues. We need new carpeting in all 4 of those areas. It's a huge job to empty the walk-in closet, along with all the shelving we put up which are on top of the carpet!!! Not to mention moving everything from the bedroom and my office.
Mark has done all the painting over the last few years.
4. What is one aspect of the way you were parented that you are grateful for today?
I am grateful that my parents were not racist in any way, shape or form. They both had very caring hearts which I believe taught me compassion.

I like that color. The last time I painted in my house though I went with antique white. I still have a whole upstairs that needs to be painted but it will also be antique white.
Happy 70th birthday Mark, I wish I could trade you my age for yours. every inch of wall and ceiling, inside and outside needs paint. really needs it. I love the color but would not paint my walls that color. the house looks beautiful in the photos. I did paint a bedroom a color close to that one back in 1985. now i can't paint and neither can bob. it is so true, painting requires a lot of work other than the actual painting.

Hello Debby, so good to see all your Thanksgiving ideas. I do have a mid green paint in our kitchen and eating area…wish it were a bit lighter, but goes with the rest of the colors. We painted the inside ourselves, but this year we had the outside done professionally. For Thanksgiving I always love leftovers and one of my favorites is Yams. We love our Emmy, but she is starting to show how comfortable she is with us( which is a good thing). We’ve always had dogs and I’d be miserable without one. Hope your hubby has a wonderful birthday and great year. You could always ask for a puppy for your birthday.

I once had yellow walls in a living room. I got bored of them within a few months. From then on it was off white all the way. That way I can put up decorations in any colour I like and change them around to my heart's content.
