2. April 2nd was National Peanut Butter and Jelly Day. Did you celebrate? Do you like PB and J? If so how do you like yours? What's your favorite kind of jelly?
Well no, but I celebrated with a See's heart shaped dark chocolate candy with peanut butter inside. I love peanut butter but I don't eat PB and Jelly sandwiches. No specific reason, I've always enjoyed them. This is the peanut butter I buy. I mix some into my yogurt or I eat it with celery.
3. What's a memory you associate with spring flowers?
I can't think of a specific memory. However I did enjoy seeing the poppies a few years ago when they were in bloom at the poppy fields in Lancaster, CA. They don't bloom every year!
4. Three things on your spring bucket list? Do you have a spring bucket list? If not pretend you do.
No I don't have a Spring bucket list. Okay I will pretend.... I will work on my project to declutter.
5. One place you will travel this spring? (It might be Europe or it might be the grocery store)
Possibly to Arizona or maybe Texas.
6. Insert your own random thought here.
There was a bunny enjoying breakfast in our yard yesterday.

I don't celebrate any of those "National" days. I don't even know most of the exist until I read about them later. I want to know who it is that sits around making these up any way. I do like peanut butter though so I probably ate some on that day.
since I eat peanut butter every day of my life I did eat it on that day but did not know it was that day. I love it with maple syrup, and any jelly, but with IBS can only eat Orange Marmalade with it. I like it on a spoon, or in a bowl mixed with syrup and a handful of raw oats, that makes candy for when my sweet tooth demands something sweet, I am addicted to Smuckers All Nautural which is peanuts and salt. I like others but this is the one i love best. I eat 2 tablespoons a day for one of my 5 meals..
How nice to have lemons from your own yard! Hooray for grandsons. That field of poppies is amazing! Happy day to you.
I have always said that my grandson puts spring in my step. He turned 21 yesterday.
So I can't decide if that peanut butter would be good without salt or sugar.
Your own lemon tree is awesome!
Ugh on the decluttering. Not sure why I make it so hard.
I'm loving your red colander; what a pretty picture it makes with the lemons!
I love the bunny photo. Hope you have a blast with James on Friday.
Where did yoy get that peanut butter, Debby? I like that it has no added salt or sugar. Glad you will be seeing James on Friday. I bet he missed you! Did you get a big crop of lemons from your tree this year?
Betty
Hi Debby,
How do you use your lemons? If I had a lemon tree, I would have a slice of fresh lemon in my ice water. ;-)
Have fun with James!!
I seldom eat peanut butter, but I eat a lot of unsalted almond butter. It's a staple of my diet.
I'm so glad you have James!
I like peanut butter without sugar and salt too. I have been enjoying the one from Trader Joes. I am going to Texas twice this summer. One time to see a friend that moved there. Then in July for a Crafty camp and the Glampin Inn. Enjoy your time with your grandson!
I do get a spring in my step when I finally finish a dreaded project..ie..taxes...
I do really like PBJ but can't eat it too often. Actually I like peanut anything and love orange marmalade toasted sandwich is the best.
Memories of going over the Grapevine, CA and seeing the mountains covered in golden poppies..just like yours gorgeous.
Up to the mountains for a spring wedding.
The sun is shining and the temps are warming up..Its going to be a good day.

Poppies are so pretty, I just love them. What a cute bunny. I'm sure we'll be seeing them around our property very soon. I hope you get to take your trips.
Yes to time with precious James! Where do you get your PB? I haven't eaten any in months because we are staying away from sugar.
I rarely even know something is a national day until it's already passed. I do like peanut better and jelly sandwiches but rarely make one. I don't think I've ever heard before of anyone stirring into yogurt, though. I'm so not surprised that your sweet grandson is your source of joy!
I buy that same peanut butter, Debby! I spread it on rice cakes...but I have to sprinkle a tad bit of salt on it for taste.
You mentioned in a previous post you were feeling "down". I hope you're feeling better now. ~Andrea xoxo
