3. Do you wear your heart on your sleeve or are you more of a closed book? Elaborate.
I think I wear my heart on my sleeve. I share pretty much everything with you guys.
4. According to Prevention Magazine, these are 25 of the best foods for heart health-
wild salmon, sardines, liver, walnuts, almonds, chia seeds, oatmeal, blueberries, coffee, red wine, green tea, soy milk, dark chocolate, raisins, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, whole grains, apples, oranges, grapefruit, avocado, avocado oil, olive oil
Which five do you include in your diet most often? Are there any foods on the list you simply cannot abide?
Salmon, sardines, walnuts, almonds, oatmeal, coffee, red wine, dark chocolate, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, whole grain bread, avocados and olive oil.
I could do without liver. The others are all good, just don't have them as often.
5. What was the last piece of furniture you bought? Is there a piece of furniture you need/want to purchase this year?
It would have been furniture for one of the front bedrooms and it was about 8 years ago. We could use some new TV's.

We were not at this game on Saturday, but that is James to the right kicking the soccer ball. He got two goals!

James looks like he' s quite the athlete. Way to go on the sportsmanship award. That's a neat idea giving them the sign to put in their front yard for the week.
Aw Sweet James!!! He’s so cute. I don’t eat neatly enough healthy foods, but I do love oranges.
I'm right there with you on what seems like never-ending doctors' visits and tests. At least I should be thankful I'm no longer working and have to take off work. (Small consolation, right?) James sounds like he's a natural athlete. Were Adam or Gabby into sports when they were little?
James is doing so well playing soccer. That is great!!! Thank you for sharing his smile with us Debby. It always makes me smile.

Seeing James in your posts makes me happy, too, Debby. Blessings!
James looks like he's enjoying soccer. The boys hope to play baseball this spring, but signing up for sports right now is tough since they don't know exactly where they'll be living. Have a great day Debby!
I was just saying to Dave yesterday that it feels like we are stuck in Groundhog Day with this cold and flu we are facing. First we get better and then worse and around and around it goes...but I do think we are finally on the tag end of the crud. PTL !!
I don't eat a lot of those things on a regular basis because Dave won't eat many of them. Liver..no..walnuts hurt my tongue, soy milk, can't do grapefruit or oranges but once in a while...always use avocado oil and olive oil for everything.
I definitely wear my heart on my sleeve...that can hurt sometimes .
Furniture is the chest Dave bought at the garage sale a few months ago. We sure could use a new sofa and recliners, but that's not going to happen so we just get along with what we have.
Praying for 3 friends that had very serious surgery in the last few days. Praying for full recovery.
