3. What's something you've learned from a culture different than your own?
Eating some different foods like taco's and enchiladas. I grew up with Bohemian food like pork, dumplings and sauerkraut.
4. Food critic, film critic, book critic, art critic...which hat would you most like to wear? Tell us why.
That's a tough one. Maybe a film critic because I do enjoy watching movies. I grew up watching movies because my dad managed a movie theater back in Chicago. Although I must say that a lot of movies today don't thrill me that much.
5. What's a small, random thing from your childhood that you still remember clearly?
I'm going to go with Christmas Eve. We would go to church and when we came home from church Santa had come with our presents.
6. Insert your own random thought here.
We spent Friday night with James at their house while Adam and Gabby went out to dinner with some friends. We had a nice time and got his favorite pizza for dinner. We played some Bunko too!
One Tuesday Adam sent a text message that he got from James' teacher. All his teachers have loved him and I agree, he is incredibly kind. I'm so proud of him.
This week is filled with appointments for me. Praying I get some answers to several of my issues. Sadly my breathing test at the pulmonary doctor Thursday was cancelled until next week. I really needed this done
Hope you all have a great week. Love, Debby

What a sweet text from James' teacher. That would make any parent proud.
I'll send prayers that your appointments bring you answers. Sorry to hear that the pulmonary doctor appointment was cancelled. Hope the next one goes off without a hitch and they can help you too.

What a sweet note to get from James' teacher. A sweet memory of Christmas Eve growing up. Hope you have a nice day!
James is pretty special, Debby and already showing leadership skills.
Hoping all goes well with your appointments! Happy Wednesday to you:)
That's wonderful about James!
Prayers continuing for all of your appointments and getting some answers to the issues.
You have every right to be proud of James. What a guy and he really is showing such kindness and maturity for his age. No wonder the teachers love him.
