This is Adam & Tristen in Mammoth Lakes last summer.Adam was born around the time of the big Blizzard in Chicago. It was 1979 and we had a blizzard days before he was born. Had a little bit of worry about being able to get to the hospital in time! It didn't cause us any trouble but I have pictures of us getting out of the car at our home with him and the piles of snow were way above my head. (I will have to search for those photos) There was a bit of concern about Super Bowl Sunday on the 21st and I am pretty sure my doctor decided to induce me that Friday at my appointment so I wouldn't mess up his game plans. (he was of course watching me for toxemia and my BP was high but I know that game was important to him!)
Amber & Dylan baked him some cookies!
We celebrated Adam's birthday on Sunday the 15th. We (Mark, Debby, Amber & Dylan) went into Los Angeles to spend the day with Adam & Tristen. Watched some football and went out to eat at a wonderful place called Matteo's Restaurant. They have been open for 40 years and rated on of the best Italian restaurants in LA. The dinner was fantastic!

Adam and our daughter are the same age. Bridget was born in July of 1979. It was hotter than rip and I thought I might pop at any time and went a week over my due date. Ugh! I remember it so well.
