Thank you Joyce :)
1. Tell us about a time you felt like you were 'flying by the seat of your pants'.
I guess that would be right now......my post on Madness!
2. When or where would you most like to be 'a fly on the wall'?
Oh my, I'm not sure. Maybe at some meeting at the White House or some time with Donald and Melania. Would love to hear their conversations.
3. 'Happiness is like a butterfly: the more you chase it, the more it will elude you, but if you turn your attention to other things, it will come and sit softly on your shoulder.'-Henry David Thoreau
Would you agree? Why or why not?
Sounds like a good plan to me. Reminds me of waiting on God's timing in all things.
4. Share a favorite movie, book, or song with flying in it's title, lyrics, or theme somewhere.
Hard question. I did some research and to actually get the full word flying in a title wasn't an easy find. First thing that came to mind was the song "Fly Me To The Moon" and the movie "Fly Away Home" but neither use the word flying!
Did you know that the Beatles have a song called "Flying" which is on the Magical Mystery Tour album which they did in 1967. It is an instrumental piece.
5. What is one task or chore you tend to do 'on the fly'? Is this something that really needs to be done another way?
Sometimes I do that with dusting where I just use a cloth that takes up dust rather than using an actual cleaner like Method, Guardsman or Pledge. Different furniture's have different needs!
6. What was happening the last time you thought to yourself or said aloud, 'Wow, time flies when you're having fun', and you meant it.
I can't remember when but it is something I would say!
7. This Thursday is National Garlic Day. Will you add garlic to your menu on Thursday? Do you like garlic? What's your favorite dish made with garlic?
If I was cooking something on Thursday that calls for garlic I would add it. Only recently have I been using real garlic.
What I mean by that is that for years I have only used dried garlic flakes because Mark isn't a huge fan of garlic, or should I say it doesn't like him! Simple answer is garlic bread.
8. Insert your own random thought here.
Saw this on Facebook and thought it was cute. Of course today I did have to get out of bed because I have a hair appointment, need to go to Hallmark, Target, Trader Joe's, Bed Bath and Beyond and Sprout's. It would be a rare occasion for me to stay in bed.
I had a mammogram last week and I got the letter in the mail saying that it was normal. Thanking God for His protection.

Sounds like you have a big day planned! We answered the fly on the wall the same way. Hope you get everything done today.
Lots of stores you will be going to today. Glad to hear the mammogram was okay.
Betty
It's raining here today so a good day to get stuff done at home. I loved your meme : ) Have a happy Wednesday!
I cook with garlic but only because bob loves it, had never used it until I married him.. if he were not in the picture would not use it at all... you are right your post Madness is perfect for the first answer.
I just said to Bob a few days ago, I would love to be a fly on the wall in the rooms where the Secret Service for the president are alone and hear what they say...
Loved your random thought. That was so me today. Getting to the end of the school year this year is going to do me in. Have a great week.
Very thankful you got a good report from your mammogram. God bless your afternoon.
Haha! You got out of bed! I too would find it interesting to listen in on a conversation between the president and his wife. A good report on a mammogram is always something to be thankful about and happy!
Congrats on the good-news mammogram, Debby. I know, waiting on results is the WORST! Funny, isn't it, we go blissfully along all year, never giving our 'innards' a second thought ... until it's time to be tested.
I, too, would love to be party to Donald and Melania's personal conversations.
I had a mammogram, this week, and am waiting to receive that coveted letter. It's always a relief!
Glad you were able to get out of bed and enjoy your busy day, today :) Have fun!
Kathy (Reflections)
I never used to use fresh garlic until a few years ago. I don't use it often but if a recipe calls for it
So glad all was well with your mammogram. Garlic doesn't much like me either. 😉
That's great news about your mammogram! You had a busy day with a lot of stops. Had to laugh when you wrote about dusting and how you just take a cloth sometimes to dust rather than using products. I really should use products designed to get rid of dust, too. It seems like it's something that requires a lot more planning and effort, though. :) Hope you have a great week!
Glad your mammo was clear, When to my 'c' doctor today for my 3rd year check up and praise God for that. You are flying by your pants with all your changes going on and all the things coming up - not sure how you are doing it. Hope you dad is a little better. sandie
So glad you had a good mammo; I go next month for mine. Not sure how many more medicare is going to let me have. I'm thinking maybe one. It looks like a few of us could be flies on the wall in the White House. Wouldn't that be interesting! Enjoy the rest of your week.
would so love to ease drop on that conversation as well. Many that I work with say that they would love to be a fly on my wall at home but I believe they would be a bit bored lol
I love garlic and keep telling myself to plant my own. Maybe this year? Glad your mammogram was good!
It's always a relief to get a clear mammogram result, isn't it?
The older I get, the more time seems to fly by.
Yeah on the mammogram!!!!
