As you know I traveled to Montana on October 20th and we returned home on the 27th. I wasn't on my computer a lot so I wasn't able to keep up with reading blog posts. It was wonderful to see them. I wish they lived closer.
Then I started a new antidepressant when we got home. I didn't want to deal with any possible side effects while we were visiting Amber and Dylan.
Now that was definitely the right choice because I've been absolutely miserable since I started them. I am now weaning off of the drug and in just two days I am in a better place. Unfortunately I don't do well with SSRI's or SNRI's. Not sure we will find something I can take. I talk to the psychiatrist in a few weeks.
On top of that I had to get off the new Statin I was put on because the shoulder, neck and arm pain was so much worse then the one I had been on. Since I was going out of town I ended up bringing my other one with me and was able to get back on that. Yes, I still have some pain but the difference is like night and day. I am seeing a new cardiologist in a few weeks and I will work that out with her.
So tomorrow we are picking up James at Gabby's sister's house and heading over to his house to watch him, along with the dogs, while mom and dad flew to Fiji on Friday night to celebrate their 5th wedding anniversary.
Then he goes back to play with his cousins on Friday, while we still stay at the house and watch the Roxy and Gracie, and then we will pick him up on Sunday so he is home when mom and day arrive home.
Needless to say it will be extremely busy week James and the two dogs. However, I should have time to read some blogs while James is at daycare. I have to admit that time is just flying by too quickly. When I get home I need to start working on Christmas. I am not ready to face that yet!!!!!
One more thing....those of you who were interested in the Hallmark movies on both of their channels and the Lifetime movies, the link I had for lifetime was wrong. Sorry about that. I went to set my DVR and nothing was matching up yet it said 2022 movie guide.
So here is the new one for Lifetime. This one actually started already but if you scroll down to the list and print out the list you will be able to find, if you scroll through Lifetime, that they will show them again during the holiday's. LIFETIME CHRISTMAS MOVIES
Hope you had a nice weekend. I have to go pack now.......

Good luck with the health issues and please take care of yourself with all you have to do. ❤️
Praying for your health issues. Hope you have a wonderful time with James and the dogs too. Take care my friend.
Sorry about all the issues you're having with the meds. Hopefully you can find the right meds and dosage soon. I've heard of a few people who have already decorated for Christmas! My daughter is one. She even has her tree up! Hope you have a wonderful time with your grands!
I sure hope you can get all the meds figured out. It must be very frustrating.
My daughter started watching Great American Family. Apparently some of the Hallmark stars moved to that channel and they have all Christmas movies right now as well
sorry the meds did not work and hope you can get both of them sorted out and on new ones soon. you will be busy all week, 2 dogs and a boy are a lot to care for.. Happy Anniversary to James Parents. maybe since you don't want to face the Christmas stuff you cut back on it and have one tree or even no tree.
just one room, or part of a room. do whatever you like and not the whole house thing. i have DVRed the movies and watching 2 to 3 per week.
Oh goodness, I hope you can get your meds sorted out. It stinks to feel so crummy. Enjoy James and the doggies!
I am sorry, Debby, that you are having difficulty being able to tolerate an antidepressant or finding one that is compatible with your other meds. I know it would make a world of difference if you got one that "worked" in how you feel. I hope the doctor can come up with something to help you! In the meantime, enjoy your time with James and make sure you rest when he is in daycare, etc. I know how active a 4 year old can be (but how fun to be around).
betty
Gosh I do wish there was some drug that could help you I AM GLAD You are not giving up.
I think you will have a fun time with James.
I am also glad you had a nice trip.
I am taping most of the shows and will watch around Christmas. Thanks.
You keep pressing on Debby!! I am praying for you.
Persevere... your word for 2022... you can do it.
Love, Carla
