We always wing it!
However, if we are expecting the kids for dinner that's a different story. We will definitely plan a meal. That doesn't happen too often because it's just easier with James and their dogs if we go to their house.

I disagree because I believe there are solutions.
5. What's the best perk you've enjoyed at a job?
Well I haven't worked in several years but my last job was at a Hallmark store. Perks: Discounts on cards, everything in the store and especially Christmas ornaments. I mail out a lot of cards each year and I wish I had that discount now.

This is for James for Easter. We are heading over the their house and I believe there will be about 10 of us including the kids. I enjoy spending time with Gabby's family.
I have a really cute Easter basket I use each year but I bought him a really cute little Cybertruck with a camper that you pull behind it. He is really in love with the Cybertrucks and since they recently stayed in a camper I thought he would really enjoy it.
The box didn't fit in his basket so I went with this bag. There is also a pair of pajamas, See's dark chocolate Easter eggs and a dark chocolate bunny. I also found Peeps Marshmallow Rice Krispies Treats. I also have See's Milk Chocolate Easter bunnies for the other 3 kids.

The first year after Wade passed away I took my taxes to H&R Block because I was afraid of messing something up. Since then I do them myself through Turbo Tax. Mine are simple so it's easy.
I would have to say that unemployment is taxing for me. The hoops they have you jump through is crazy.
TurboTax for me, and I do ours and our younger son's taxes each year. Thankfully they are all simple since we are retired and don't have any unusual kinds of income or expenses. Your Easter plans sound wonderful. I know James will be so excited to see you and that toy truck/camper sounds like something any little boy his age would LOVE! You must take pictures of it when he opens it! Love the pictures of him with Mark and also with the wonderful card with some $$ in it! That's always a win win!! That cake sure looks yummy! Have a blessed Easter with your loved ones.
James is blessed to have such wonderful grandparents. I’ll bet you do miss the Hallmark perks!
I enjoy buying pjs for the little ones and got all the grands new jammies for Easter. So many cute ones to choose from now! Enjoy time with your family this weekend. It's so nice when you like the in-laws and get along. Makes things so much easier for all. Happy Easter Debby!
James always makes me smile so I can imagine what a blessing he is in your life. Having had 3 boys I lean toward little boys - just so cute plus mine were blonde blue eyed as well.

We have a CPA friend who does our taxes for us, thank goodness! Sounds like you all will have a great Easter together, and I love the gifts you chose for James. And those photos with his Papa are priceless! Blessings, Debby!

Well we both have our taxes done which is a good thing. I kind of wing my meals too Debby. The no solution - trade off - maybe I believe in compromise. I know you loved and still love Hallmark. Your Easter is going to be great!
One of my last jobs (they overlapped) was working in a Hallmark store. It definitely had perks but I do not miss working retail. Sounds like your Easter weekend is going to fun...and yummy! Carrot cake sounds delicious:) Enjoy to the fullest!!
